Ten Ways to train your Mind on Positive Thinking
One. Start the day with cheers and grins. Your full day relies on how you greet the morning. You do not need the remainder of the day to get ruined, do you? Come on, smile! It does not cost anything except is worth everything.
Two. Ask for guidance. Only God knows what we’re going to be having on the day before us. He will certainly appreciate a couple of minutes of praying and asking for guidance from Him. With God as our guide, we do not have any reason not to assert and accept the thought that I’m able to do this. I’m able to make it thru this day.Nothing is unacheivable. Of course, God is with me.
Three. To avoid mistakes that may cause negative output on your daily activities that may later on become negative thoughts, it’s better to plan your work first, after which, work your plan. Make sure today’s goals are well defined and soaked up by your mind. This could be done even before you get out of bed every day, just so issues as they arise can be avoided.
Four. Keep your mind concentrated on critical things. Set targets and concerns for what you believe and do. Visualise practicing your actions. Develop a tactic for working with issues. Focus on things that have to be regarded seriously, but at the same time, take a bit of time to relax and enjoy. This way, favorable results may take place.
Five. Be detached from the end result. They assert that life is like a Ferris Wheel, infrequently, you are on the top, and sometimes at the bottom. Looking for something to occur which would never truly materialize in reality will only bring you discontentment. For example, you would like to lose weight., you must set a goal and act on acceptable measures inside a time period to gain what you wish. Hey, no-one can get slimmer overnite.
Eight. Associate with positive individulas. In each lecture room, work place, or just anywhere you go where there are groups of people, look for optimistic ones. There are lots of them, I am sure. Associate with them, hang-out, debate matters. They will help you build self-esteem and pride
Nine. Keep a record of your mental and physical health. This way, you may know how far you can keep believing. Know yourself. There’s no other person on the planet who can tell who you are. Know your passions, faves, and guidelines. Spend some quality time by yourself reading, listening to music, day dreaming, and the likes. If you know yourself completely, you’ll be conscious of how far are you able to go physically, mentally, and emotionally. Love yourself. Make a positive dedication to yourself, to learning, work, family, friends, nature, and other worthwhile causes. Praise yourself as much as you praise others once in a while. When you start feeling assured about yourself, positive thoughts will naturally flow to your mind.
Ten. Have trust in others. While it may appear troublesome and dangerous to give trust to just any people, when you suspect in them or assured on what they are doing for you, doubts and negative judgments on them will be needless. Also, it’ll bring harmonious relations between you and your co-workers.
